The resolution is entitled "BOND RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF IRONDEQUOIT, MONROE COUNTY, NEW YORK (THE "TOWN"), AUTHORIZING THE RECONSTRUCTION AND REPAVING OF ROADS; STATING THE MAXIMUM ESTIMATED COST THEREOF IS $150,000; AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $150,000 IN SERIAL BONDS OF THE TOWN TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION". 2. Object or Purpose: to finance the reconstruction and repaving of roads on Colebrook Drive from Rock Beach Road to Washington Avenue. 3. Period of Probable Usefulness: 15 years. 4. Amount of Debt Obligations Authorized: $150,000.
