NOTICE CITY OF ROCHESTER BOND ORDINANCES -Bond ordinances, the summaries of which are published herewith, have been adopted October 22, 2025 and the validity of the obligations authorized by such ordinances may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the CITY OF ROCHESTER, in the County of Monroe, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution. No. 2025 - 337 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $500,000 Bonds of said City to finance the Monroe Avenue Emergency Street Reconstruction Project Object or purpose: Bipartisan Infrastructure Law -- Lead Service Line Replacement Project (Federal Fiscal Year 2024) comprised of replacing approximately 3,100 lead water service lines with non - lead containing pipes and joints along the city street segments listed on the attached Schedule A Estimated maximum cost: $610,000 Periods of probable usefulness: 15 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $500,000 Ord. No. 205-349 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $2,134,000 Bonds of said City to finance the replacement of Engine 16 at the Hudson Avenue firehouse and of Engine 17 at the North Chestnut Street firehouse Object or purpose: the replacement of the following firefighting apparatus: Engine 16 at the Hudson Avenue firehouse and Engine 17 at the North Chestnut Street firehouse Estimated maximum cost: $2,134,000 Periods of probable usefulness: 20 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $2,134,000 4115303 12-2-1t
