NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the Civil Service Commission of the City of Rochester is to be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held pertaining to a resolutions for the City of Rochester to waive the fees of all Civil Service exams for all applicants until further notice and delegate certain authorities to Executive Secretary of the Civil Service Commission. Such proposed changes are available for inspection during business hours in the City of Rochester's Civil Service Commission office at 30 Church St., Room 103A, Rochester, NY 14614. Rose M.
