NOTICE -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Single Audit and Extraclassroom Activity Funds Audit of the Spencerport Central School District for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 have been examined by the independent certified public accounting firm of Mengel, Metzger, Barr & Co. LLP, and is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to §35 of the General Municipal Law, the governing Board of the Spencerport Central School District may, in its discretion, prepare a written response to the management letter issued by the independent certified public accountant and file any such response in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons no later than April 6, 2026 which is 90 days after presentation of the Single Audit and Extraclassroom Activity Funds Audit to the Board of Education.
