TOWN OF HENRIETTA LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING -The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Henrietta will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Application No. 2025-118 by Sanz Insurance Agency requesting a variance for a 51.3' front setback for a front deck, whereas 60' front setback is required per Henrietta Town Code 295-19A.
