The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.2026 Tank Rehabilitation Program Repair and recoat the interior and exterior of one 1.25 million gallon steel elevated water storage tank on a concrete pedestal located at 5445 East Main Street Road in the Town of Stafford; and recoat the exterior roof on one 2.0 million gallon steel water storage standpipe located at 7980 Clinton Street Road in the Town of Bergen.A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 via WebEx or telephone conferencing. A non-mandatory site visit will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 first at Buffalo Road Tank (7980 Clinton Street Road, Bergen, NY 14416) then at Temperance Hill East Tank (5445 East Main Street Road, Stafford, 14020). Bidders may not climb the tanks.
