-WHEREAS, application has been made by David Corsaro, owner of property located at 19 Tall Tree Lane, tax id# 152.18-2-10), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G(1), to allow a proposed accessory building (storage shed) to be 216 square feet instead of 200 square feet. Said property being located in a Residential B district and being 0.37 acres.
WHEREAS, application has been made by Paul Morabito, as agent for Cory Saucke, owner of property located at 133 Crescent Road, (tax id 152.14-1-26), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-31D, to allow a proposed attached garage to be 10.9 feet from the side property line instead of 15 feet. Said property being located in a Residential A district and being 0.50 acres.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS of the Town of Perinton at 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 7:00 PM local time in the Town Hall. Said Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of said application or in opposition thereto. APPLICANT MUST APPEAR IN PERSON OR BY AGENT.
