The resolution is entitled "BOND RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF BRIGHTON, MONROE COUNTY, NEW YORK (THE "TOWN"), AUTHORIZING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE TO THE TOWN'S NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; STATING THE MAXIMUM ESTIMATED COST THEREOF IS $250,000; APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR; AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $250,000 IN SERIAL BONDS OF THE TOWN TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION". 2. The specific object or purpose for which the bonds are authorized is the repair and restoration to the entrance monuments for the Home Acres Subdivision located within the Town's Neighborhood Improvement District 3. The period of probable usefulness is fifteen (15) years. 4. The amount of obligations authorized to be issued is $250,000.
