HENRIETTA LEGAL NOTICE
-A public hearing will be held before the Henrietta Town Board as a part of their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing any comments with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2026-002 Gotham Halal - 900 Jefferson Road, to operate a restaurant out of a 30' trailer, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.06-1-10.1/R, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk's Office and posted online at www.henriettany.gov/projects. Planned hours of operation are 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. seven days a week.
Application No. 2026-003 Millennium Games Waypoint - 1225 Jefferson Road (Suite A201), to sell food and alcohol, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.11-1-64.11, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk's Office and posted online at www.henriettany.gov/projects. Planned hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Application No. 2026-004 Raising Cane's Restaurant, LLC - 823 Jefferson Road, to construct and operate a restaurant with dine in, take out, and drive through service, and to allow outdoor seating, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.09-1-3.113, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk's Office and posted online at www.henriettany.gov/projects. Planned hours of operation are 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. seven days a week.
