HENRIETTA LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF 2026 TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 506 AND 526 OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW) -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Assessor for the Town of Henrietta, County of Monroe, has completed the 2026 Tentative Assessment Roll and a copy will be on file on May 1st at the Assessor's Office, Henrietta Town Hall, 475 Calkins Rd, Rochester, NY 14623. The Assessment Roll can be examined in person or online at www.henriettany.gov/assessorsoffice. The Assessor will be in attendance with the Assessment Roll for the public to review and ask questions. Sessions will take place at the Henrietta Town Hall as follows: May 6th 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM May 7th 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM May 11th 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM May 16th 1:15 PM - 5:15 PM The Board of Assessment Review will meet May 26th between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM to hear and examine formal grievances in relation to assessments upon the application of any person believing they have been aggrieved. Additional meeting dates as needed: 5/29, 6/3, 6/5 between 9:30 AM - 1 PM, and 6/10 between 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
