-Whereas, application has been made by Andrew Reale, owner of property located at 38 Golf Stream Drive (tax id# 139.15-1-56), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14C(2), to allow a proposed fence to be 6' in height in front of the front setback instead of 3' in height as permitted by code . Said property being located in a Residential B district.
Whereas, application has been made by James Larson, owner of property located at 296 High Street Extension (tax id# 153.10-2-32.12), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14G(2), to allow a proposed accessory building (storage shed) to be placed in the front yard instead of the rear yard. Said property being located in a Residential B district.

Whereas, application has been made by Jeffrey Knapp, owner of property located at 1 Great Oak Lane (tax id # 179.13-2-3) requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-14R(3) to allow a proposed detached garage to be the second garage on the property where one garage is permitted by code, and a variance of Section 208-31D(1) to allow said garage to be 22' from the front property line instead of 70' as required by code. Said property being located in a Residential A district.
Whereas, application has been made by Chelsea & James Finlay, owners of property located at 69 Old Post Road (tax id# 165.08-1-84), requesting a variance of Town of Perinton Zoning Ordinance Section 208-32D(3), to allow a proposed garage addition to be setback 9' from the side property line instead of 12' as required by code. Said property being located in a Residential B district.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS of the Town of Perinton at 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 7:00 PM local time in the Town Hall. Said Zoning Board of Appeals will be at said time and place to hear all persons in support of said application or in opposition thereto. APPLICANT MUST APPEAR IN PERSON OR BY AGENT.
