NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LOCAL LAW -PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Town/Village of East Rochester, Monroe County, New York, on May 7, 2026, Local Law # 4 of 2026 entitled: " Even-Year Elections Law of the Town/Village of East Rochester." Said Local Law is intended to provide for even year elections for the local elected offices of Mayor and Trustee within the Town/Village of East Rochester beginning in November 2028. A copy of the proposed Local Law is on file with the Town/Village Clerk. THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the Town/Village of East Rochester will hold a public hearing on the Local Law at 317 Main Street, East Rochester, New York on May 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., at which time all persons interested will be heard.
