LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the requirements of the Code of the Town of Greece, Section 211-61, a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Greece, Monroe County, New York, at a regular session thereof, on Thursday, the 18th of June, 2026, at 6:05 PM, prevailing time, at the Greece Town Hall, One Vince Tofany Boulevard, Greece, New York, to consider a Special Use Permit to operate a hotel known as M6 Studio, located at 600 Center Place Drive (Mo. Co. Tax No. 074.16-4-40.12), requested by M6 Studio Rochester Greece USA LLC. The Town Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of such matter or any objections thereto.
