LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the requirements of the Code of the Town of Greece, Section 211-66, a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Greece, Monroe County, New York, at a regular session thereof, on Tuesday, the 16th of June, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time, at the Greece Town Hall, 1 Vince Tofany Boulevard, Greece, New York, to consider the following proposal(s), to wit: 1. Tax No.: 060.10-2-1 Zoning District: DMU (Dewey Avenue Mixed Use) Request: A Use Variance to permit a self-service storage facility ("Stor-It") within the existing 75,400 ± square foot former Wegmans building located at 3640-3660 Dewey Avenue in the Dewey Mixed Use (DMU) zoning district. Self-service storage facilities are permitted principal uses only within certain industrial zoning districts pursuant to Chapter 211, Article III, § 211-18(1)(f), or by Special Use Permit within the Flexible Office Industrial (FOI) zoning district pursuant to Chapter 211, Article III, § 211- 18(4)(a)(2) of the Town Code.
