NOTICE CITY OF ROCHESTER BOND ORDINANCES -Bond ordinances, the summaries of which are published herewith, have been adopted May 20, 2026 and the validity of the obligations authorized by such ordinances may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the CITY OF ROCHESTER, in the County of Monroe, New York, is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this Notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the publication of this Notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the constitution. Memorial Library Elevator Modernization Project Object or purpose: the Rundel Memorial Library Elevator Modernization Project pertaining to the evaluation, design and modernization of Elevator 1 located in the main lobby of the library building at 115 South Avenue Estimated maximum cost: $1,302,096.50 Period of probable usefulness: 10 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $1,045,000 Ord. No. 2026 - 127 Bond Ordinance of the City of Rochester, New York authorizing the issuance of $300,000 Bonds of said City to finance the Rockland Park Repair Project Object or purpose: the Rockland Park Repair Project to remedy damages to the street between Clifton Street and 24 Rockland Park caused by a water main break, including the reconstruction of pavement, curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons and the adjustment of utility appurtenances Estimated maximum cost: $412,000 Period of probable usefulness: 15 years Amount of obligations to be issued: $300,000 Hazel L.
