LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF PERINTON -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Perinton, Monroe County, New York, at the Perinton Town Hall, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York on July 6, 2026, at 7:15 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as public remarks can be heard) to consider a proposed Local Law amending Chapter 208 §208-21D(4) Solid Waste Facility Special Use Permits of the Town Code of the Town of Perinton to extend the standard duration and renewal validation period of Special Use Permits from five (5) to six (6) years. All persons interested in this matter will be heard at the time and place specified above. Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time, as necessary. A full copy of the text of the proposed Local Law is on file at the Office of the Town Clerk and is available for public review during standard business hours.
