(or as soon thereafter as public remarks can be heard) to consider a proposed Local Law amending Chapter 208 §208-21D(4) Solid Waste Facility Special Use Permits of the Town Code of the Town of Perinton to extend the standard duration and renewal validation period of Special Use Permits from five (5) to six (6) years. All persons interested in this matter will be heard at the time and place specified above. Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time, as necessary.
