LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF PERINTON -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Perinton, Monroe County, New York, at the Perinton Town Hall, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York on July 6, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as public remarks can be heard). The Fairport Rehab and Nursing Center (FRNC), requesting to amend and divide its existing Special Use Permit from the Town Board of the Town of Perinton, located at 4646 Nine Mile Point Road. The applicant is proposing a two-lot subdivision of the 18.49-acre property to separate the main skilled nursing facility from the existing senior citizen apartments (DeLand Acres), dividing the current special permit into a modified Special Use Permit for a skilled nursing facility and a new Special Use Permit for the existing senior citizen apartments under the Public Buildings and Grounds regulations of the Town Code of the Town of Perinton. On said date, time, and place, the applicant will be present, and the Town Board will hear all persons in support of or in opposition to said application.
