HENRIETTA PUBLIC HEARING -A public hearing will be held before the Henrietta Town Board on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing any comments with regards to a proposed Local Law to amend the Zoning Code of the Town of Henrietta to provide additional amenities and incentives for Incentive Zoning and to clarify ambiguities in the Mixed-Use Overlays tables in §295 Appendix A. An opportunity to be heard in regards to the proposed local law will be given.
