HENRIETTA PUBLIC HEARING -A public hearing will be held before the Henrietta Town Board on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing any comments with regards to a proposed Local Law to enact Chapter 72 and amend Chapter 295 of the Henrietta Town Code to regulate the location of Data Centers. An opportunity to be heard in regards to the proposed local law will be given.
