BRIGHTON LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF BRIGHTON, Monroe County, at a meeting to be held at 680 Westfall Rd (temporary location of Brighton Town Hall) on 7-15-2026, at 7 PM for the purpose of considering, modifying, approving or disapproving the following listed applications. Written comments may be submitted to Anthony Vallone, Executive Secretary via email at anthony.vallone@brightonny.gov or via US Mail 2300 Elmwood Av, Rochester, NY 14618. Applications subject to public hearings and the documents to be considered by the Board will be available for review on the town's website no later than twenty-four hours prior to the meeting to the extent practicable. PB-26-12 Application of BME Associates, agent, and Grove Underhill Properties LLC, owner of property located at O Havens Rd., otherwise known as Tax ID No 136.19-1-23, for Preliminary Subdivision Review and EPOD (Environmental Protection Overlay District) Permit, for a proposed single-family subdivision consisting of 23 single-family residential lots on a ±7.4 acre consolidated parcel. All as described on application and plans on file. TABLED - PUBLIC HEARING REMAINS OPEN PB-26-15 Application of Daysy Lopez, agent, and Westfall Brighton SRE LLC, owner, for combined Preliminary/Final Site Plan, Subdivision, and EPOD (Woodlot) permit review to combine two lots into one and construct a 48,181 +/- sf, 2-story golf and entertainment venue (TopGolf) with an outfield hitting area and other associated site improvements, and a Conditional Use Permit request to allow for extended hours of operation, on property located south of Westfall Rd, east of E Henrietta Rd (CityGate) know as Tax ID parcels 149.06-1-3.11 and 149.06-1-3.12. PB-26-16 Application of Jon Mead, agent, and Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems LLC d/b/a Verizon, to co-locate and operate a micro cell wireless telecommunications facility located on a replacement utility pole located adjacent to 196 Lafayette Pkwy, otherwise known as Tax ID parcel 123.14-1-58 in the Town of Brighton, NY public Right of Way. All as described on application and plan on file. PB-26-17 Application of Tracy Webb, agent, and Dennis Schreier, owner of property at 84 Idle Ln otherwise known as Tax ID 148.09-1-19, for an EPOD (Watercourse and Floodplain Protection) permit to locate a generator in floodplain behind residence. All as described on application and plans on file. The Planning Board, at said time and place, will hear all persons in support of such matters or on any objection thereto. Persons must appear in person or by agent. Those individuals needing a sign language interpreter must notify the Receptionist at Town Hall, 585-784-5250, at least 72 hours in advance that they are in need of such accommodation.
