TOWN OF PERINTON LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Perinton, Monroe County, New York, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of July 2026, duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which is as follows: RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Perinton authorized a budget amendment and the transfer of an amount not to exceed $26,000 from the Building Improvement Fund (61) to Capital Project Fund (48) for the purpose of financing the first phase of the PCC RTU 8 and 9 HVAC Replacement Project, specifically for professional engineering services, construction documents, and bid phase support to be executed by Turner Engineering. Pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law, this resolution is subject to a permissive referendum. A petition requesting that the matter be submitted to the qualified electors of the Town for their approval must be filed with the Town Clerk within thirty (30) days after the adoption of said resolution.
