HENRIETTA PUBLIC HEARINGS -Public hearings will be continued before the Henrietta Town Board on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing any comments with regards to the following proposed Local Laws: · Local Law to enact Chapter 72 and amend Chapter 295 of the Henrietta Town Code to regulate the location of Data Centers. · Local Law to amend the Zoning Code of the Town of Henrietta to provide additional amenities and incentives for Incentive Zoning and to clarify ambiguities in the Mixed-Use Overlays tables in §295 Appendix A. An opportunity to be heard in regards to the proposed local laws will be given.
