HENRIETTA PUBLIC HEARINGS -Public hearings will be continued before the Henrietta Town Board on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing any comments with regards to the following proposed Local Laws: · Local Law to enact Chapter 72 and amend Chapter 295 of the Henrietta Town Code to regulate the location of Data Centers. · Local Law to amend the Zoning Code of the Town of Henrietta to provide additional amenities and incentives for Incentive Zoning and to clarify ambiguities in the Mixed-Use Overlays tables in §295 Appendix A. An opportunity to be heard in regards to the proposed local laws will be given. Written comments may also be directed to the Henrietta Town Clerk either by email at townclerk@henriettany.gov or by mail to Henrietta Town Hall, 475 Calkins Road, Rochester, New York 14623. Participation in the public hearing will be allowed both in person and virtually.
