NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED EQUIPMENT FINANCING -Volunteer Fire Department: Bushnell's Basin Fire Association, Inc. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the BBFA, Inc will meet at the time, date and place noted below in order to hold a public hearing under the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that BBFA enter into an Agreement to finance certain equipment. Meeting Location: 661 Kreag Road, Pittsford NY 14534 To finance the costs of the equipment (which is described generally below) and the expenses incidental to the financing, the BBFA proposes to enter into an Agreement in the aggregate principal amount stated below. The BBFA will be required to pay all rent for the equipment, to pay all expenses of operating, maintaining and insuring the equipment and to pay all taxes on the equipment. The BBFA’s obligations under the Agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment.
