TOWN OF PERINTON LEGAL NOTICE -NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Perinton, Monroe County, New York, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of August, 2026, duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which is as follows: RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Perinton authorized a budget amendment and the transfer of an amount not to exceed $21,000 from the Building Improvement Capital Reserve Fund (61) to the PCC Maintenance and Repair expense line (03-7145-0406) for the purpose of financing a professional services contract with LoMonaco Architecture for design options, electrical engineering, cost estimation, bid documents, and bid review for the Perinton Community Center Large Community Room (204ABC) Retractable Wall Replacement Project. PERIOD FOR FILING PETITION Pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law, this resolution is subject to a permissive referendum. A petition requesting that the matter be submitted to the qualified electors of the Town for their approval must be filed with the Town Clerk within thirty (30) days after the adoption of said resolution.
