TOWN OF HENRIETTA PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING -A Public Hearing will be held before the Henrietta Planning Board on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., at the Henrietta Town Hall, Main Meeting Room, 475 Calkins Road, Henrietta, NY 14467 for the purpose of hearing any comments with regard to the following Application(s): Application No. PB-343 Marketplace Mall Subdivision – For preliminary subdivision approval of an 11-lot subdivision within the existing mall property (no site improvements or new construction proposed) located at 3400 West Henrietta Road and 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 1100, 1200 and 1220 Miracle Mile Drive in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed-Use Redevelopment Area Overlay District (MURA).
