NOTICE OF HEARING BEFORE COUNTY EXECUTIVE -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, a public hearing will be held by the County Executive of the County of Monroe on September 24, 2026 at 12:04 P.M. in the County Legislative Chambers in the County Office Building, Rochester, New York, on a proposed local law (Intro. No. 319 of 2026), entitled "TAX EXEMPTION FOR PERMANENTLY AND TOTALLY DISABLED VETERANS." Copies of this proposed local law are available for examination in the office of the County Executive of the County of Monroe and on https://www.monroecounty.gov/. This Local Law would establish a full tax exemption for the primary residence of any permanently and totally disabled veteran as a result of military service.ADAM J.
