NOTICE OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM TOWN OF PERINTON, NEW YORK TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM PARKS IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND (FELLOWS ROAD PARK CAPITAL PROJECT) -NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Perinton, Monroe County, New York, at a regular meeting held on September 21, 2026, duly adopted a resolution which is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Section 6-c of the General Municipal Law and Article 7 of the Town Law of the State of New York. The purpose and effect of said resolution is to authorize the transfer and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 from the Town's Parks Improvement Fund (Fund 70) to Capital Project 40 (Fellows Road Park Project) to finance necessary construction, site work, retention pond improvements, utility repairs, and culvert replacement at Fellows Road Park. Said resolution was adopted subject to a permissive referendum. Any petition protesting against said resolution and requesting that it be submitted to the qualified electors of the Town of Perinton for their approval or disapproval must be filed with the Town Clerk within thirty (30) days after the date of adoption of said resolution, specifically on or before October 21, 2026, and must be signed and acknowledged by qualified electors of the Town in number equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total vote cast for Governor in the Town at the last general election for State officers, but which shall not be less than one hundred (100) in number. A complete copy of the resolution is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Perinton Town Hall, 1350 Turk Hill Road, Fairport, New York, where it is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
