TOWN OF IRONDEQUOIT 2025-2026 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT -The Town of Irondequoit Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the period from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026 (the 2025 program year) is available for public review and comment until October 26th. The draft document will be available at the Irondequoit Town Hall, 1280 Titus Avenue, during normal working hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday and on the Town's website (www.irondequoit.gov). The CAPER, which was prepared by the Town pursuant to Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, includes information pertaining to developments occurring during the Irondequoit 2025 Community Development Block Grant program year, which ended on July 31, 2026. This notice is made pursuant to Section 570.300(d) and subsequent notices of rules and regulations promulgated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
