LEGAL NOTICE OF ADOPTION LOCAL LAW Local Law #4 of the Year 2024 Amending Section Chapter 188 Taxation -PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Home Rule Law and the Suburban Town Law, the Town Board of the Town of Greece adopted the above noted Local Law at a meeting held October 15, 2026, for the purpose of the Town of Greece opting into the additional real property tax exemption for eligible veterans with a permanent and total service-connected disability pursuant to Real Property Tax Law Section 458-a(11).
